Commissioned sale

Seller may use an alternative embodiment of the property through its posting information on the sale of real estate on the official website "REM Auction House" in "Preparing for auction." 

In this case, between "REM Auction House" and the Seller is contracted to search for potential buyers, including:
- Legal analysis of the documentation submitted;
- Design layout and accommodation information about the object on a separate web page "REM Auction House" special category "Ready to auction" provision of information and documents on the subject to familiarize potential buyers, negotiating;
- Legal support.

Placing information on the sale of an object in this category will allow for the monitoring of the demand for this object establish compliance rates with market realities, etc. In addition, if during the exposure period, which shall not be less than 3 months, interest in the Facility will show more than one potential buyer, REM inform the Seller and offer to implement the auction.

The cost of accommodation services detailed facility information on a separate page of the site "REM Auction House" is 375 euros, including VAT, for each month of the advertising campaign object.

In case of sale of an object (the contract of sale) Attorney fee is 5% of the sale price of the object.
